1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Fixxa platform, operated by Fixxa AI Ltd (Company No. 16457557), registered in England and Wales.

By accessing or using Fixxa, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Definitions
- "Fixxa" refers to the voice-powered invoicing and quoting platform provided by Fixxa AI Ltd
- "Service" refers to the software application, website and all related features
- "User", "you" or "your" refers to any individual or business using the Service
- "We", "us" or "our" refers to Fixxa AI Ltd
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for use by UK-based tradespeople and businesses. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use Fixxa.
4. Account registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.
5. Subscription and payment
- Fixxa offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required
- After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at the applicable rate
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect
6. Use of the Service
You agree to use Fixxa only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service for any fraudulent, illegal or unauthorised purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any aspect of the Service
- Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses or harmful content
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam
By connecting your HMRC account within the app, you authorise Fixxa AI Ltd to submit income and expense data to HMRC on your behalf via the Making Tax Digital API. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the data submitted.
7. Voice recordings and data
Fixxa processes voice recordings to generate invoices and quotes. By using the voice feature, you consent to the recording, processing and temporary storage of your audio input as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate consent from any third parties whose personal data you input into the Service (for example, client names and contact details on invoices).
8. WhatsApp delivery
Fixxa can send invoices and quotes to your clients via WhatsApp. By using this feature, you confirm that your clients have consented to receive business communications via WhatsApp and that you comply with all applicable messaging regulations.
9. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, branding and content, belong to Fixxa AI Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for the duration of your subscription.
You retain ownership of any data, documents, invoices and quotes you create using the Service.
10. Availability and maintenance
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may carry out scheduled maintenance and will endeavour to notify users in advance of any planned downtime.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Fixxa AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for any losses resulting from inaccuracies in invoices or quotes generated by the Service. You are responsible for reviewing all documents before sending them to clients
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fixxa AI Ltd, its directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
